Employee Systems Committee
Overview
The Employee Systems Committee (ESC) advises the Executive Technology Steering Committee (ETSC) on the planning, implementation and support of employee systems in support of all 麻豆AV employees.听 The committee meets monthly during the academic year and during summer as needed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the effective implementation and support of employee 听systems (e.g., SOLAR HR & Finance, Raiser鈥檚 Edge, eTravel, my麻豆AVglobe, 麻豆AV Mobile App, 麻豆AV Portal).
- Improve business productivity and efficiency through the effective deployment and management of digital documents, including electronic forms with electronic signatures and online workflow, known as eProcess+, and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Recommends structures and processes to identify and capitalize on opportunities to utilize AI to improve administrative processes and services.
- Review and recommend employee systems鈥� projects to the ETSC.
- Provide input on information technology plans and strategies by identifying opportunities to improve processes and enable employee success through the application of technology.
- Advises the ETSC on the assessment and continual improvement of the University technology strategy to further operational efficiency and effectiveness.
