Confidential Box

Confidential Box is Âé¶¹AV’s secure solution for storing Confidential Level 1 data.ÌýÌýConfidential Box has the same features asÌýmyÂé¶¹AVboxÌýplus DUO multi-factor authentication. Learn how to access and properly use Confidential Box.

Duo

Duo is a type of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which is the practice of using multipleÌýmethods to verify your credentials when logging in somewhere. Adding a second verification step is a security best practice that enhances the account and data security. Learn how to use Duo here.

Encryption

EncryptionÌýis the transformation of data into a form unreadable by anyone without a secret decryption key. Its purpose is to ensure confidentiality and privacy by keeping the information hidden from anyone for whom it is not intended. FERPA Training

In accordance withÌý, faculty must ensure student educational records remain private and secure.
